Case Management Supervisor
Hello, my name is Jessica Morse and I am a case manager with Bright Start. My husband and I recently moved to the Charleston area from Pennsylvania after making it through our last 4 foot snow storm! Prior to moving to South Carolina, I worked in the child welfare field for several years but I started my career journey in the intellectual/developmental disabilities world and am excited to return! I obtained my Bachelor’s degree from Mansfield University in Pennsylvania many years ago. My husband and I have a blended family with 3 adult children and 2 beautiful grandbabies. We love the Charleston area and being close to the ocean and visit the beach as often as possible. I look forward to serving the families in the Charleston area and working with the Bright Start community.
